Lou Fratello has been involved with youth soccer for 25 years. He has an Advanced Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and is licensed with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).

Lou is the assistant mens and head womens coach at Dominican College, the head coach of the womens open division for Hudson Vally in the Empire State Games and an instructor for Region 1 of the Olympic Development Program.
